The preferred mode of payment for all products is by either cash, electronic (Bank Account Number will be provided) or mobile money transfer (Mpesa Till number will be provided). When a customer chooses to pay by instalments, the product is reserved and released to the client once the last instalment payment is made. All payments should be done before the product is released to the client. When the payment is done on delivery, the client should inspect the product and once he/she is satisfied with the product, he/she makes the payment as per the agreed mode of payment (preferably through the business till number). The payment confirmation should be made by the business representative before the client takes possession of the product.
